1 Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between the customer and stickyblossom (us) via our online store. Deviating or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply.

3. conclusion of contract
The presentation of our products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an offer. By sending the order, the customer submits a binding offer, which we accept by confirming the order or shipping the goods.
4 Prices and terms of payment
All prices are final prices and do not include VAT, as the small business regulation according to § 19 UStG applies. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed to the customer before the order is placed.
Payment can be made by credit card. The invoice amount is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.
5 Delivery
Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the customer. The delivery time is shown on the product page and begins with the receipt of payment. We endeavor to deliver the goods as quickly as possible.
6 Right of withdrawal and exclusion
(1) Right of withdrawal
Consumers are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days due to goods manufactured according to personal interests.
(2) Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB). This applies in particular to all individually manufactured products that are produced according to the customer's specifications.
7 Liability for defects
The statutory liability for defects applies. If the goods are defective, the customer is entitled to subsequent performance, i.e. repair or replacement. If this is not possible, the customer may reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.
8 Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. We also accept no liability for damaged or lost parcels by DHL. However, there is the option of booking shipment tracking.
9. data protection
The protection of personal data is of particular concern to us; this data is not passed on and is deleted after use.
10. final provisions
(1) German law applies.
(2) Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
(3) The place of jurisdiction is Germany.
