Shipping policy
We offer convenient and reliable shipping with DHL. This is free of charge within Germany and other European countries for orders of three or more items. However, shipment tracking can be booked for an additional charge of 2 euros. For smaller deliveries to other European countries, we charge a shipping fee of 6 euros. Your order will be processed and carefully packed within 5-10 working days. (As we are a one-man company, processing may be delayed if demand is high, we ask for your understanding).
We then hand over your parcel to DHL as quickly as possible so that it arrives safely and in perfect condition. If you have any questions about your order or delivery, please contact our customer support team.
You will receive a confirmation to your specified email address after placing your order. (This often ends up in the spam folder) If you cannot find it, simply contact our customer support. You will also receive a second email when your order has been successfully dispatched (with tracking number if applicable).
