Refund policy
Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal when concluding a distance contract. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:
Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).
Since our products are manufactured individually according to your wishes, a revocation or return is excluded.
Irrespective of the statutory withdrawal policy, it is a matter of course for us to replace faulty deliveries without any problems. If an item has been delivered to you in the wrong color, genre, etc., we will cover the costs of replacement. At best, leave your book in its original packaging and contact our customer support. We will then send you a shipping label by email, which you should stick on the package. Send it back to us via DHL (Packstation or post office) and we will make sure that you receive your correct order as soon as possible!
